Enterprise Partners
Enterprises or industry mentors propose real business problems, define verifiable delivery goals, and provide scenario data and user feedback channels.
A project-based bootcamp entry point for generating, filtering, and incubating AI-native talent and early-stage projects. We help students, industry professionals, and entrepreneurs master Agent-driven workflows, form small teams, and close the loop from idea to MVP and from capability to commercialization in real business scenarios. Not a typical training program, nor an incubator that waits for projects to mature — we start from Day 0.
Each bootcamp starts with real business scenarios and assembles small teams around a deliverable project goal. Enterprise partners propose real problems; students from mixed disciplines form teams; under the guidance of lead instructors, industry mentors, and teaching assistants, they use Agent workflows to complete requirement interviews, solution design, MVP development, and Demo Day presentations.
Enterprises or industry mentors propose real business problems, define verifiable delivery goals, and provide scenario data and user feedback channels.
Students from technology, product, design, business, and other backgrounds mix into teams, complementing each other's skill gaps through real collaboration.
University mentors build the curriculum framework and methodology; frontline engineers, entrepreneurs, and investors serve as hands-on mentors, giving students feedback in real business contexts.
Outstanding alumni serve as teaching assistants, together with Agent-assisted research, code generation, content production, and project management to boost team efficiency.
The OPC mentor system combines university faculty and industry mentors. The Shenzhen University PLAN Lab faculty team is responsible for curriculum framework, methodology, and academic guidance; we also invite frontline engineers, entrepreneurs, and investors to serve as hands-on mentors, so students receive feedback in real business scenarios. Coverage spans LLM Agents, blockchain, wireless communications, social network data mining, and IoT.
OPC is neither a typical training course nor an incubator that waits for projects to mature. We start with real problems, cross-disciplinary teams, and Agent workflows, advancing through biweekly mentor reviews so that training, filtering, and incubation happen along the same project path.
Project-based training at the core, with mentor reviews and progress checks every two weeks, advancing around Agent toolchains, real-scenario requirements, team collaboration, and Demo delivery.
We collect candidates through the interest community and application form, then filter for direction interest, execution motivation, academic background, and team fit to form small project-based teams.
Projects accumulate by bootcamp cohort, covering financial investment, education and research, mental health, AIGC tools, industry Agents, entertainment consumption, wireless communication, and Cohort 3 directions including cross-border e-commerce, self-media marketing, supply chain, industrial operations, algorithm optimization, enterprise knowledge management, ad optimization, smart office, and model deployment.
Cohort 3 centered on the FDE concept: Field Deployment Engineer for AI, a role that turns real business scenarios into deliverable AI workflows through requirement interviews, process decomposition, Agent / RAG / automation design, Demo / MVP delivery, and commercialization validation. This cohort produced 9 AI-native projects spanning cross-border e-commerce, self-media marketing, supply chain, industrial operations, algorithm optimization, enterprise knowledge management, ad optimization, smart office, and model deployment.
Below is the full Cohort 3 Demo Day recap video, featuring student discussions around the FDE methodology, project pitches, and Q&A sessions.
Cohort 2 produced 6 AI-native projects, spanning financial investment, education and research, mental health, AIGC tools, industry Agents, and entertainment consumption. Below are the project showcases and open-source links.
Extracted from 118 applications, showing grade, college, and major background distributions to help universities, enterprises, and investors understand the OPC talent pool.
